In the first page of the online store, in the box labeled "Qty," change the quantity to indicate the number of dollars that you are donating. Then proceed to the "Checkout" page.

Fill in your name and shipping address. Under "Shipping Options," choose "Dues & Donations", so there will not be a shipping charge added. In the "Comments" section of the store payment page, please indicate whether you are a member of Fairbanks Family in America. Also, please indicate whether you want your donation to go to the General Fund or to a specific purpose. If the latter, let us know details of your special request.
